  • Trained students in the use of Google drive and how to use Google Presentation software. I created an image capture video to achieve this training.

CEO and CFO Executive Assistant (February 2008-October 2008)

 

  • Conducted Research and Analysis to become a Federal Government vendor corporation and began the application process through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). I delegated this project to an administrative team, who I managed.

  • Developed and submitted strategic plans for Marketing and Web Development Teams. I wrote performance reports based on Marketing Team and Web Development Team goals, tasks and performance.

  • Wrote and revised project proposals to Board of Trustees for execution and approval

  • Developed, managed and lead corporate meetings and presentations. I wrote reports on results of the goals and strategic plan changes based on meetings and up to date implementation of objectives.

  • Researched and wrote proposal for the International Corporate law firm hiring contract.  I researched best law firms for the corporation and conducted a comparative analysis to attain 

  • the best law firm partnership for the company and its needs. I wrote the proposal project and developed the presentation for approval.  The proposal was approved and we hired the law firm, who I worked closely with for months to achieve U.S. incorporation and official formation of Board of Trustees.

  • Monitored expenditures, supervised purchases and vendors, planned for the distribution of staff salaries and benefits while working with the CFO.

  • Wrote and developed invoices, reports, proposals, e-mails, and financial quarterly statements.  

  • On call 24/7. Held late night meetings with parent company, Haniworld Co., in Korea. During these meetings we were able to achieve the implementation of goals, budgets, project proposal approval, plan strategies for marketing, etc.

 

Janis Dismus Middle School, English Department, Englewood, New Jersey

Head Research Teacher, 6-8th grade (September 2006-June 2007)

 

  • Developed the trial Research Paper Course Curriculum.

  • I was the first teacher to teach and develop the course from the ground up. The course was a success at the end of the year and the Board of Education made the decision to keep it as a course.

  • Designed and developed the course to begin anew every quarter.  Therefore, each student in the entire school would have the opportunity to take the course once year in order to master the research writing by the end of their three-year middle school career and be better prepared for High School.

  • At the end of each semester the students’ final test grade was based on their final Research project paper.

  • Taught process writing. I taught and trained students in all phases of the writing process, which included prewriting, drafting, revising, editing and publishing. Students focused on form, target audience, purpose, grammar and structure equally.

  • Taught the Research process. I taught students how to choose a challenging and interesting topic, develop a thesis statement, how to conduct research on scholarly journals to help shape both the understanding and interpretation of the topic and thesis.

  • Instructed students how to minimize the risk of plagiarizing.

  • Encouraged students to remain critical of sources and how to use sources that disagree with their thesis to their advantage.

  • Taught the Research paper with a focus on Modern Language Association format (MLA).
