Buona Fortuna QRG.
Project Objective.
The objective of this project was to create a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) for Buona Fortuna Coffee Co. espresso machine. Every company employee must understand the machine and how to use it to make coffee for the customers. Therefore, a training guide is given to every new employee. As the Technical Communicator, it was my job to create a QRG that will be easy to use at the job.
